# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • It combines the satisfaction of pizza with the freshness of a Caesar salad in every bite.
  • You can have it on the table in half an hour, even on your busiest weeknights.
  • The contrast between the warm, crispy flatbread and the cool, tangy greens is pure magic.
  • It works as a casual dinner, a lunch with friends, or sliced into strips for a party.
02 -
  • Don't dress the lettuce until right before you assemble, or it will wilt and lose its crunch.
  • Let the chicken rest after grilling or all the juices will run out when you slice it, leaving the meat dry.
  • If your flatbreads are thin, check them at the 5-minute mark to avoid burning them.
03 -
  • Grate your own parmesan instead of using pre-grated, it melts better and tastes sharper and more complex.
  • If your Caesar dressing is thick, thin it with a teaspoon of water or lemon juice so it drizzles more easily over the toppings.
  • For extra flavor, toast the flatbreads with a sprinkle of garlic powder before adding the toppings.
