# How to Make It:
01 - Combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt in a large bowl. Add olive oil and warm water. Mix thoroughly until a soft, pliable dough forms.
02 - Turn dough onto a floured surface and knead for approximately 7 minutes until smooth and elastic to the touch.
03 - Place dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a clean cloth, and let rise in a warm location for 1 hour or until doubled in volume.
04 - Preheat oven to 450°F.
05 - On a floured surface, roll the dough into a 13-inch circle. Transfer to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
06 - Arrange mozzarella strips around the outer edge of the dough. Fold the dough edge over the cheese and pinch tightly to seal, forming the stuffed crust.
07 - Spread pizza sauce evenly over the center. Layer with shredded mozzarella, pepperoni if using, bell pepper, and mushrooms. Sprinkle with oregano.
08 - Brush the stuffed crust edge with olive oil to achieve a golden, glossy finish.
09 - Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until the crust is deep golden and the cheese is bubbly and lightly browned.
